Hydrolytic bacteria are that play an important role in helping the digestive process of fish. This study aims to determine hydrolytic activity tract Nilem fish seen from amylolytic, proteolytic, lipolytic and cellulitic indices. The method used is exploratory data analysis using parametric non-parametric explain research data. Exploration carried out this included total number bacteria, proportion index molecular identification with best index. Fish were taken at random farming ponds Beji Singasari three each. found increasing pattern posterior intestine a varied between parts Singasari. isolated each part both locations which showed decreasing type intestinal tracts patterns intestines Beji. stable average value sampling location. Based on index, seven isolates identified different genera, namely 1) Bacillus subtilis, 2) Enterobacter mori, cloacae, 3) Aeromonas hydrophila (3), veronii. obtained classified as non-pathogenic have potential field aquaculture normal pathogenic
